Caribbean Stud Poker Hands

In Caribbean Poker it's important to know how much your poker hand is worth. For example, suppose you are holding the following hand:

At first glance you might think this hand is worth nothing to you. Wrong! A hand that contains at least an Ace and a King is the lowest ranking hand in Caribbean Stud Poker. If your hand doesn't contain an Ace/King or higher, you are advised to fold on your Ante bet. By the same token, the dealer only qualifies if his or her hand contains at least an Ace/King or higher. If your hand contains a Pair or better, you should always raise your Ante bet. If your hand contains an Ace/King, the decision to fold or to raise depends on the dealer's hand. Please refer to our Caribbean Stud Poker Strategy page for more info.
